The volume is the problem
One person can read a few posts a day. A partner network publishes far more than that, every day, in several languages.
Marketing compliance
Complio reads what your partners publish — the words they write, the words they say, and the text inside pictures and video. It marks what breaks your rules.
A person reviews every finding before anything is sent. The evidence is stored, so a case still stands if the post is deleted.
Tell us what you need to check. We answer every message.
Every claim your partners publish is a promise somebody may hold you to. An income claim, a health claim, a missing disclosure — the words are public, and the responsibility comes back to the brand.

A breach that was never found is still a breach. And nobody can tell you what was missed, because nobody looked.
By the time a complaint arrives, the content may be deleted. Without a copy taken at the time, there is nothing left to show.
Four steps. Each one leaves a record.
We take a copy of what was published and store it on our side, with the date and a fingerprint that shows the copy was not changed.
The written words, the spoken words, and the text shown inside pictures and video. Not only the caption.
Findings go to a reviewer. Nothing is sent, and nobody is accused, until a person approves it.
Every action and every decision is written to a log that cannot be changed quietly afterwards.
Compliance work is only worth something if it survives a challenge. Four things make ours hard to argue with.
A link proves nothing once the post is gone. We keep the content itself, with the time it was captured and a fingerprint of what it contained.
The software never decides on its own that somebody is at fault. A reviewer sees the finding and the evidence, and makes the call.
Every step is written to a log where a later change would be visible. That is what makes the history worth showing to anybody else.
If something could not be read, the report says so. "We could not look" is never reported as "we looked and found nothing".
That is where we work today, and it is where the problem is sharpest: many partners, publishing constantly, in your name.
It is not where we intend to stop. The method — collect, read, review, record — applies wherever published content carries an obligation.
If you have a compliance problem that looks like this one, tell us. We will say honestly whether we can help today, or whether it is something we could build with you.

Complio checks the marketing content your partners publish for compliance breaches, such as income claims and missing disclosures. It stores the content as evidence, and a human reviewer approves every finding before any action is taken.
Complio reads written text, spoken audio, and text that appears inside images and video. A breach hidden in a spoken sentence, or in text shown on screen, is found the same way as one written in the caption.
No. Complio never sends a notice, makes an accusation, or suspends a partner by itself. Every finding is reviewed by a person, who decides what happens next.
The case still stands. Complio stores a copy of the content when it is first seen, together with the date and a fingerprint that shows the copy was not altered.
Affiliate marketing is where Complio works today. The same method applies to other kinds of published content, and we are open to discussing a compliance need that is close to this one.
The Complio interface is available in English, Italian, Romanian and German. Each person chooses their language, and it is used everywhere they sign in.
